How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; provide calls, messages, notifications, and team features; administer organizations and subscriptions; provision phone services; provide support; maintain security; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and improve the service; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
How information is shared
We may share information with infrastructure, telecommunications, push-notification, payment, security, and support providers only as needed to operate ConnectHub. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, with an organization that controls the user’s workplace account, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Organization-controlled information
ConnectHub is a workplace service. Your organization may control your membership and business communications, and may access or retain workplace records according to its own policies. Questions about an organization’s use of your information should also be directed to that organization.
Retention and account deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate security, billing, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. A user can initiate account deletion in the mobile app under Profile → Delete account. We delete or anonymize personal account data, while limited business communication, transaction, fraud-prevention, and legally required records may be retained. If you cannot access the app, email connecthubsolutions@proton.me.
Your choices and rights
You may manage iOS permissions in device settings, sign out to remove the active session, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. Rights vary by location. Contact us using the address below; we may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
Children
ConnectHub is a business service and is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to connecthubsolutions@proton.me.
