These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ConnectHub’s website, mobile application, communications tools, and related services. By using ConnectHub, you confirm that you can enter into these Terms and are authorized by the organization associated with your account.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. Organizations control their workspace membership, roles, communication permissions, and business records. Administrators are responsible for authorized use and for the conduct of users they invite.

Acceptable use

You may not use ConnectHub to violate law; impersonate another person; harass recipients; send spam, malware, deceptive, or unlawful content; infringe rights; interfere with the service; bypass safeguards; or gain unauthorized access. You are responsible for complying with telecommunications, marketing, privacy, consent, recording, and intellectual-property laws, including obtaining required permission before calling, texting, or recording.

Communications and emergency services

Carrier networks and external providers may delay, filter, block, or fail to deliver communications. ConnectHub is not an emergency service and must not be relied on to contact 911 or any other emergency service.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, included usage, renewal dates, cancellation rules, taxes, and other charges are presented during purchase or in the organization’s billing agreement. Organization administrators authorize charges and must maintain a valid payment method. Except where law or an applicable written agreement requires otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

ConnectHub and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized business purposes. Users retain rights in content they submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and meet legal obligations.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may restrict or terminate access for security concerns, nonpayment, unlawful activity, risk to others, or material breach of these Terms. Users may initiate account deletion under Profile → Delete account. Certain records may remain where required for lawful business records, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Service changes and availability

We may update features and perform maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and events outside our reasonable control may affect service. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where required, additional notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectHub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. ConnectHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or failed communications. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
